That promise does not extend to uninterrupted cooling. Larger industrial customers with dedicated recovery contracts have that access; the bank is offering small tenants only scheduled blocks. Still, the first week of August can now be booked around rather than guessed at each day.

At 9:18, the shop was holding the day’s heat under its roof, though the Clear Creek cooling block had clicked on and left a thin wet shine on the pipe above Teo’s bench. Wren came down for turpentine and found him standing very still over his phone, a photograph of the retention frame filling the screen. The welds had been cleaned until they looked less like welds than decisions.
“He answer?” she said. Teo put his thumb over the sender line too late. Dennis Vance. “Eventually.” Wren set the turpentine down beside the vise. Teo tapped SEND before he could reconsider it. The image left, and he went back to tightening a bolt that was already tight.
The reply arrived while Wren was still there. Teo read it once, then turned the screen toward her and left it open: Looks square. Denver hours steady? Wren did not say it was a bad answer. She pulled a stool out with her foot and sat beside the cooling pipe while he stared at the words until the phone dimmed itself.
